Friday 14th November 2025
For our November show, we have a real treat for you. Generally regarded as the UK's best comedy magician, we have finally managed to book John Archer! Just look at the quotes on his poster! Just

John has been the Magic Circle's 'Stage Magician of the Year' and 'British Magical Champion of Comedy', winner of 'The Carlton Comedy Award' for outstanding use of comedy and magic. He was the first magician to fool Penn & Teller on their ITV show Fool Us. In 2019 he was a semi-finalist on Britain’s Got Talent and in 2022 John was awarded the 'David Berglas Award' for his 'Outstanding contribution to Magic' by the British Magical Society.

He is also very good friends with Tim Vine and opens for Tim at most of his comedy shows.

This is going to be another fantastic show.

For our Christmas show this year, we're bringing back Ian Crawford, the brilliant cutlery-obsessed health and safety campaigner.
"What a delight this well-realised, obsessive character is!” – British Comedy Guide 2024

"Forking good health and safety-based comedy has tears rolling down cheeks." ★★★★
Supporting Ian are Hollywood regulars Damon Conlan, Richard Dadd and Mary Flanigan.
Also, making her Hollywood debut, will be the popular local comedian Rachel Baker.

The night will, as usual, be hosted by Hollywood's Sean Taylor and Mat Taylor.

It should be a great Christmas show.
Tickets are available now!

Friday 23rd January 2026
Our first show of 2026 will be headlined by Andrew Bird. Having supported some of the biggest names in comedy, Andrew is a class act in his own right - relatable, original, and irresistibly funny. Whether he’s riffing on family life, poking fun at himself, or unpicking the absurdities of modern living, don’t miss the chance to see a comedian at the top of his game - Andrew Bird is simply brilliant.

If that weren't good enough, opening the show we have 'British Close-Up Magician of the Year' winner Sean Carpenter!

And if that still wasn't enough, Jimmy Ennis will be making his usual trip up from Brighton - this time bringing the excellent William Stone with him!

The night will, as usual, be hosted by Hollywood's Sean Taylor and Mat Taylor.

Friday 13th February 2026
Remember when Jimmy Cricket used to have his own TV show in the 1980s? Maybe some of you do. If you don't... well, he did. He was incredibly famous - a proper household name. He was also a regular on all the Royal Variety shows that we used to watch.
Anyway, after 50 years as a stand-up comedian, he has finally made it to Alvechurch.
He performed for us at Wythall Park Hall in March earlier this year and was amazingly good.
This is going to be a show to remember.
And there's more...
Also performing will be Mat and Sean, and our regular comedy magician Damon Conlan.
We're selling the 100 tickets for this show at the special price of £15 each.
